Really enjoyed it, staff very helpful
We upgraded to a beach front suite from a studio, our 12 year old son was with us and he slept on the sofa. We didn’t want him on his own in another room so this worked well for us. We had a great view of Kuta beach and could just stroll across for a surf.
It was quite noisy, loud music from the roof top bar but it stopped about 11pm so didn’t bother us much.

All in all excellent with good facilities, clean room and everyday new towels and toilet tissues.
The shower room, queen bed size and the outlet which is universal.
The view with the underconstruction building. And the Card key entering to the elevator, everytime I came back from outside touring I need to go to the main lobby and ask to activate my card key to access the elevetor back to my room.

Impressive 1 night stay at Citadines Kuta Beach Bali. We will stay here next times.
Location is best on Kuta beach, easy to go anywhere from here, near shopping mall , restaurants and connect to tourist spots. Hotel staffs are nice and friendly.

What would you highlight about Citadines Kuta Beach Bali
Great central location if needing to stay in Kuta. Worth the extra $$s for the ocean suite.
The traffic to get to the hotel was crazy/hectic, but on arrival we were made to feel welcome and offered a free upgrade to a one bedroom suite. The floor to ceiling glass windows offered amazing views over Kuta beach. The roof top bar and infinity pool provided another option to take in the great views and especially sunsets.
The only small negative would be the options at breakfast - a lot to choose from but did not suit our tastes.
